Vela Apartments

A 113 -unit complex separated in 10 independent, 3-story Type III Buildings constructed on slab-on-grade.

The project consists of solar panel parking canopies, individual parking garages, swimming pool and spa, small tot play area, BBQ and recreation center, fenced turf dog run and an exercise facility.  Swinerton Management & Consulting’s scope of work was initiated after the project was 80% complete as a Consultant to guide Ownership and the General Contractor through final completion.

SMC provided comprehensive owner and lender representative services to Santee Multifamily on the Vela Apartments Housing Project.
